The ACL 5M2975H-STD is a set of standard-size, high-performance main bearings designed for the Nissan Pulsar GTI-R N14 SR20DET engine. These bearings are made from F780 material and feature 5 oil holes in the upper half for enhanced lubrication.

This set includes both upper and lower bearings. The shaft diameter compatibility ranges from 54.956 mm to 54.98 mm (2.1636 in to 2.1646 in), with a minimum standard tunnel size of 58.944 mm.
