Overview

The ACL RACE Series performance engine bearings are a high-performance rod bearing set designed for the Porsche 911/930. These bearings are recognized as a premier brand in motorsports, utilized in record-setting and championship-winning engines. The unique combination of design, metallurgy, and engineering offers endurance and capability for demanding applications.

The bearings feature a high-strength overlay plate with reduced thickness for improved fatigue properties and hardened steel backs for enhanced support and retention. They also include increased crush for better retention, elimination of flash plating for improved heat transfer, and increased eccentricity to compensate for bore distortion at high RPMs. Main bearings are 3/4 grooved to optimize load carrying and oil flow.
