The Advanced Clutch Mod-Twin 10.5 HD Sprung Race T1RS-G20 Kit is engineered for aggressive launches and smoother shifting in high-powered vehicles. It combines twice the ceramic friction surfaces with an ultra-durable sprung Mono-Drive hub assembly in a modular design. The diaphragm spring undergoes a four-stage heat treating process for consistent, light pedal feel. Puck-style ceramic friction plates offer high friction, superior heat capacity, and extended clutch life, transferring torque uniformly to a Mono-Drive sprung hub assembly to extend input shaft life and reduce driveline shock. The kit includes a CNC-machined and dynamically balanced flywheel, pressure plate cover, diaphragm spring, face, ceramic friction plates, sprung Mono-Drive hub assembly, floater, patented Monoloc Collar, release bearing, alignment tool, and pilot bearing (where applicable). Mod-Twin clutches are fully rebuildable, with replacement discs available. Designed for drag, road, or rally racing, it offers predictable, aggressive engagement, light pedal effort, and quick shifting, though some start-off judder and mild transmission gear noise may occur. It ensures maximum performance and high heat tolerance through robust design, strategic features, choice materials, and close tolerances. All units are 100% clamp load tested, balanced, and SFI certified.
