The T1R-F06 twin disc kit offers twice the number of disc surfaces for better wear, heat capacity, and long life compared to single disc kits. These kits feature a proprietary Positive Lift Floater System design, which ensures quiet operation with no floater rattle and no posts to wear. All diaphragms undergo an exclusive four-stage, heat-treating process. The ACT twin disc allows for adjustment for disc wear and provides equal disengagement for both discs. It includes 6-pad rigid race discs made with high-quality ceramic friction materials. The chrome-moly hub is heat-treated for strength and durability, and the lightweight, rigid design facilitates quicker shifts and trouble-free service. Each kit comes with a CNC-machined and dynamically balanced flywheel for trouble-free installation and operation, a pressure plate, two discs, a floater, flywheel, and an alignment tool. Some kits may also include a pilot bearing and release bearing.
