Diaphragms undergo a four-stage heat-treating process. Allows for disc wear adjustment and provides equal disengagement. Includes 6-pad rigid race discs made from high-quality ceramic friction materials and a heat-treated chrome-moly hub. Lightweight, rigid design for quicker shifts and easy service. Comes with a CNC-machined and dynamically balanced flywheel. Kit typically includes a pressure plate, two discs, a floater, a flywheel, and an alignment tool. Some kits may also include a pilot bearing and release bearing. Characterized by heavy to very heavy pedal effort, aggressive engagement, and mild to moderate gear rattle.
