Description

The Demco Center Position Channel 8,000 lbs. hydraulic actuator is specifically designed for drum brakes and includes a lockout feature. It boasts a zinc finish and a center position, 3-hole straight case. This actuator requires 1/2" x 4 1/2" grade 5 bolts for mounting on 4-bolt 8" channels. It has a maximum tongue load of 800 lbs., or 10% of the Gross Vehicle Weight Rating (G.V.W.R.) of the coupler, vehicle, ball, or trailer, whichever is less. The plated actuator is suitable for marine applications. DA91 and DA9150 actuators utilize Acetal Copolymer linings, eliminating the need for rollers.
