The Milltek Sport Active Valve Control (AVC) module is engineered for Audi S6, S7, RS6, and RS7 C7 models. This system connects to the vehicle's Canbus feed to modify the exhaust valve actuation timing according to your chosen drive select mode. The preloaded values cannot be altered, but they offer distinct behaviors: valves remain closed up to 5k RPM in Comfort mode, up to 3k RPM in Auto mode, and are open constantly in Dynamic mode. A specific setting ensures valves remain closed in all modes when the 4-cylinder mode (active cylinder technology) is engaged. The module also forces valves closed on cold starts, overriding their normal open state. Additionally, a manual override function allows you to open the valves on demand by pressing the ESP button twice within two seconds, regardless of the current drive mode; repeating the action returns to normal operation. Installation is straightforward, typically taking 1 to 1.5 hours, and the system fully integrates with the vehicle's Canbus.
