AD Injectors Stock Flow Evolution Injector Set

The Full Force Diesel stock replacement injectors (Evolution Series) are meticulously remanufactured to meet or exceed OEM specifications for 1999.5-2003 Ford 7.3L Powerstroke engines. Each injector is completely disassembled, and all tolerances are carefully checked. Any component found to be out of specification is replaced with new parts, including new spring assemblies, plunger and barrel assemblies, and new stock nozzles. The injectors feature new tungsten-coated plungers and barrels and are thoroughly flow tested to ensure a matched flow rate within 1%, providing optimal performance and reliability. The Evolution Series includes new solenoids and an upgraded 24-month extended warranty.
