The Bosch 518487 is a GM TBI fuel injection pressure test adapter. This adapter replaces the fuel filter during fuel system pressure checks. It eliminates the need to unhook the fuel line from the throttle body. The manufacturer is SPX/Bosch (OTC Rotunda Kent-Moore Miller).
