The Adaptive Technologies Group TCK-018 is an 18-inch adjustable tilt cable kit designed for vertical orientation, serving as a comprehensive loudspeaker suspension and aiming solution. This kit utilizes a versatile aircraft cable and pulley design, allowing installers to securely fasten loudspeakers from an overhead grid structure or other suspension device. It enables quick and precise tilting of the loudspeaker into the desired position using its adjustable pull-back feature. The Steerables® Tilt Cable Kit simplifies the process of suspending and aiming loudspeakers, offering enhanced ease of installation and adjustment. Loudspeakers or other objects can be suspended from the top of the cabinet to achieve slight down tilt angles, or from the back of the cabinet for a steeper down tilt angle. The kit features infinite tilt and locking adjustment, a black finish, and close factory cable length tolerances. The design factor is 10:1, with a clutch lock design factor of 5:1. Package contents include two 3/16” diameter fixed cables (420 lbs WLL), one 1/8” diameter pull-back cable (200 lbs WLL), five 3/8” quick links (2200 lbs WLL), one clutch lock assembly (220 lbs WLL), one pulley assembly (210 lbs WLL), and 0.5 ml of thread lock.
