Description

The AXAC-GM1 LVDS Camera Add-on Cable Interface by Metra Electronics allows for the integration of up to four aftermarket cameras with the factory 8-inch screen (RPO IO5/IO6) in select 2014-2019 Chevrolet Silverado and GMC Sierra models, while retaining the factory backup camera. It uses CAN bus communication for automatic camera switching based on vehicle actions like reverse and turn signals, enhancing driver visibility and safety.
