Constructed from 1 1/4" 1045 DOM steel, it features 3/16" plate steel mounting plates and Steinjager 4130 Chromoly Heim Joints. The strut bar is hand-welded and finished with a durable high gloss black powdercoat. It is fully adjustable for preload and height.

The TB Performance Adjustable Front Strut Bar is a performance-enhancing chassis component designed to significantly improve your Audi A3/S3's handling characteristics. This bar aims to replace the factory stamped unit, which is noted as being easily bent, with a much stronger and more robust design for superior load-bearing capabilities. By upgrading to this adjustable strut bar, you can expect noticeable improvements in grip, traction, and overall steering response, making it a highly effective bolt-on modification for enhanced driving dynamics. Constructed with quality and durability in mind, this strut bar features a 1 1/4" 1045 DOM steel main body for strength and resilience. The mounting plates are made from thick 3/16" plate steel, ensuring they can withstand significant forces. The entire assembly is meticulously hand Mig and Tig welded in the USA and finished with a durable high gloss black powdercoat for a lasting aesthetic appeal. The design allows for fully adjustable preload and height, enabling you to fine-tune suspension settings for optimal performance. However, a minor modification is required: trimming of the metal cowl on the passenger side near the hood prop will be necessary to properly accommodate the strut bar. Additionally, when installing, it is recommended not to over-tighten the main bar; simply snug it down securely.
