The Cloyes Performance High Performance Timing Set (9-3146) is engineered to meet or exceed OEM performance requirements for a quiet and maintenance-free engine experience. This timing set includes camshaft and crankshaft sprockets, along with a double roller timing chain. The components are manufactured using premium materials and are extensively tested for optimal function, fitment, and durability. Key features of this timing set include a billet crankshaft sprocket with three keyways, allowing for +/- 4 degrees of adjustability in camshaft timing relative to the crankshaft. Both sprockets are heat-treated for enhanced durability, and the true roller chain has a 0.250-inch diameter for reduced friction. The 3-piece sets are hand-matched to ensure correct center distance and minimize runout. The set includes sprockets and a timing chain, but not a tensioner or oil pump.
