The BDE Bullseye Adjustable Exhaust Pulley is engineered to provide precise cam timing adjustments for 1990-1993 VG30DE(TT) engines. When cylinder heads and engine blocks are machined, critical cam timing events can shift relative to the crankshaft, especially in V-type engines where sides can change differently. This pulley system allows for accurate degreeing of the cams, and its innovative outer ring can be rotated to align with the zero mark after degreeing, simplifying future adjustments and providing a meaningful vernier scale. Constructed from 100% billet 6061 T6 aluminum, these pulleys are lighter than stock, weighing 1.29 lbs compared to the original 2.04 lbs. They feature ARP stainless steel adjustment bolts with oversized heads and washers to protect the pulley during tightening. The adjuster bolt holes are helicoiled for durability. The cog surface is hard anodized for resistance to belt wear, while the center hub and ring are anodized black with high-visibility white timing marks. Compatibility note: These pulleys work with the '90-'93 Mitsubishi CAS only. The '94+ Hitachi CAS requires slight modification for clearance; details and identification are available via a provided link. Optional stainless steel cam bolts (BDE-630, BDE-631) are also available separately. BDE products are designed and intended for off-road racing use only.
