This Flashshark coilover kit provides an adjustable suspension solution for the 2007-2012 Dodge Caliber (excluding SRT-4), 2008-2017 Jeep Compass (MK) FWD & 4WD (excluding Off-Road Packages), and 2008-2010 Jeep Patriot (MK) FWD. The kit allows for a ride height reduction of 1 to 4 inches, enabling a more aggressive stance and improved handling. Constructed from durable 6061 aluminum alloy with T6 tempering and high-strength steel, these coilovers feature a twin-tube shock design. This design offers a longer stroke and greater height adjustability compared to mono-tube systems, contributing to a more comfortable ride by minimizing friction and joint pressure. The front coilovers include pillow ball top mounts with adjustable camber plates for precise alignment tuning, while the rear coilovers use standard rubber top mounts for road impact absorption. The package includes two front coilovers, two rear coilovers, and two stainless steel wrenches for height adjustment. It is important to note that no instructions are included, and professional installation and a subsequent wheel alignment are strongly suggested due to the alteration of suspension geometry. If maintaining original height is desired, standard shock absorbers should be purchased instead. Flashshark backs this coilover kit with a 2-year warranty covering any manufacturing defects.
