Adjustable Coilover System

The EQT Balanced Line Coilover Suspension is developed for both daily driving and aggressive track use, offering a balance between ride comfort and handling performance. These coilovers feature 24-way adjustable dampening, with easy-to-access adjustment knobs on both the front and rear struts. At their softest setting, they provide a smooth ride for commutes, while track-oriented adjustments can be made for optimal handling and lap times. Ride height is independently adjustable without affecting spring preload, allowing for significant lowering from stock to wheel gap elimination. Buyers can choose between Fixed Top Hats for a more comfortable, daily-driving experience with less NVH, or Adjustable Camber Plates with pillowball mounts for enthusiasts seeking finer tuning and sportier feedback. The pillowball mounts utilize a SUJ2 steel bearing and Chromoly steel case for bind-free operation. Construction highlights include 52mm mono-tube shock bodies made from JIS G3445-STKM13C carbon steel, with electrolysis nickel plating for corrosion resistance. They incorporate a 44mm piston with digressive valving for a blend of track performance and comfort. Each shock is hand-assembled and individually dyno-tested to ensure dampening and compression valving is within 5% variation. The springs are cold-bent from SAE9254 steel, and lower mounts are reinforced and designed to retain OEM brake line and ABS sensor harness mounting points for straightforward installation. Standard spring rates are 9k front and 7k rear. Cars originally equipped with DCC will require DCC deletes to prevent warning lights, though the coilovers will physically fit. EQT offers a 5-year limited warranty on hard parts and a 2-year warranty on consumable parts.
