Description

The Dobinsons PR59-1418 is a front adjustable panhard rod specifically engineered to replace the factory unit on lifted vehicles, ensuring proper axle centering. This component is adjustable to accommodate lift heights ranging from 3 to 6 inches, providing flexibility for various suspension setups. With a measured length of 940mm between the centers of its bushings, it is designed to maintain correct geometry. Constructed from durable materials, this panhard rod is built to withstand the rigors of off-road use. The adjustable nature of the rod allows for fine-tuning of axle position, which is crucial after lifting a vehicle to prevent steering pull and uneven tire wear. It is important to note that when installing this panhard rod on vehicles with a lift exceeding 3.5 inches, considerable additional alignment parts will be required to achieve proper suspension geometry and ensure safe handling characteristics. Fitment is confirmed for Toyota LandCruiser 70 Series models from September 1999 onwards.
