Adjustable Front Track Bar

The BDS Suspension BDS123202 is a heavy-duty adjustable front track bar engineered to replace the stock component on 2005-2016 Ford F-250/F-350 Super Duty 4WD vehicles and 2020-2026 F-450 Super Duty 4WD vehicles. Constructed from robust 1-1/2 inch solid steel stock, this track bar is reinforced with gusseted ends for enhanced durability and performance. Designed for versatility, the BDS123202 track bar is suitable for 0- to 3-inch lift heights out of the box and can be utilized with most aftermarket track bar brackets to accommodate taller lift applications. The track bar features a center turnbuckle with pinch-bolt ends and fine threading (1-3/8" x 12) for precise adjustment, allowing for easy recentering of the front axle across a wide range of lift heights. Its formed design ensures proper clearance around critical front-end components, facilitating straightforward installation without interference with factory mounts. Installation is made easier by the track bar's design, which avoids the need to clear factory frame and axle mounts. Both ends of the track bar are equipped with high-durometer polyurethane bushings and thick-walled steel sleeves, ensuring strength, reliability, and longevity.
