Adjustable Front Track Bar Kit

This kit features Chromoly heat-treated heims with Teflon lining for enhanced durability and longevity, all constructed from 1.5" OD, 1/4" wall medium carbon tubing – offering superior strength to solid mild steel rod while being 55% lighter. The kit is designed with uncompromising strength and tested rigorously on challenging trails. It is available for a variety of lift heights, including standard 2-6" kits, an enhanced 2-7" lift with the Magnum Upgrade, and a dedicated High Lift kit for 6.5+" applications, with further options for the Magnum Upgrade extending the potential lift height limit. The system is compatible with stock Dana 30 and Dana 44 axles and is designed to clear aftermarket differential covers and sway bar tabs, a common issue with lesser kits. Installation is facilitated by hex ends on the steering components for easy adjustment and tightening of jam nuts. A 5/8" bridge reamer is recommended as the easiest tool for drilling knuckles during installation. Customers may also opt for a steering stabilizer bracket. Specific notes apply to ZJ models, particularly 1998, which may require a longer drag link adjustment, and the Magnum Heim route is suggested for ensuring adequate adjustment range. For vehicles with higher effective steering lift heights, the High Lift Drag Link option provides necessary adjustment length and droop travel.
