Adjustable Fuel Pressure Regulator

Constructed from precision-machined, corrosion-resistant 6061-T6 aluminum alloy, this regulator is built to withstand harsh engine bay conditions and offers long-term reliability. It is compatible with gasoline, E85, and alcohol/ethanol fuels. This regulator features a bypass return design, which effectively prevents pressure spikes during acceleration, boost, or high-load scenarios, thereby protecting sensitive fuel injectors and rails from potential damage. It is available in multiple adjustable pressure ranges, including 30-70 PSI, 20-75 & 75-120 PSI, and 30-80 & 80-140 PSI, with main fitting sizes of 6AN or 10AN depending on the chosen range. Each variant is offered as an all-in-one kit, typically including the fuel pressure regulator, a pressure gauge, necessary fittings, sealant tape, and tools like Allen keys for installation. Important compatibility notes: This regulator is not compatible with diesel fuel. Additionally, while compatible with E85 fuel, CPE fuel lines are not suitable for E85; PTFE-lined hoses must be used for E85 applications. For the 30-70 PSI variant, the included 6AN to M12x1.25 / M14x1.5 fittings are specifically for fuel rail use and should not be installed on the regulator itself, as this can cause leaks. Always use thread sealant tape on NPT gauge ports to prevent leaks.
