Adjustable Fuel Pressure Regulator

The AEM High Capacity Universal Adjustable Fuel Pressure Regulator (PN 25-305BK) is engineered to provide reliable fuel pressure control in demanding performance applications. It is the ideal solution for racers who require precise fuel management in high-boost vehicles and racecars that necessitate a large volume of fuel delivery. Featuring a longer spring, this regulator offers a wider adjustment range, from 40 to 130 PSI, and includes an easy-to-adjust set screw designed for repeated use. The single, large return orifice is built to accommodate high-rate flow pumps. It operates with a 1:1 boost-dependent rising fuel pressure rate, making it suitable for boosted applications. The regulator is also compatible with alcohol and race fuels. Constructed from CNC-machined 6061-T6 billet aluminum, the AEM 25-305BK features three 9/16”-18 ORB O-ring style inlet ports (two inlets and one return). It also includes an integrated 1/8" NPT port for connecting a fuel pressure gauge or sensor, and accommodates a 5mm (3/16") vacuum hose. The package includes one AEM High Cap FPR.
