Adjustable Fuel Pressure Regulator

The AEM 25-301BK is a high-volume adjustable fuel pressure regulator engineered to support significant fuel flow demands, capable of handling engines up to 1000 horsepower. Constructed from CNC-machined 6061-T6 billet aluminum, this regulator offers durability and precision. Key features include patented interchangeable discharge ports, allowing the regulator's output to be precisely matched to virtually any fuel pump's output; a single large discharge orifice is included. The unit provides a boost-dependent rising fuel pressure rate of 1:1, ensuring optimal fuel delivery under varying engine loads. It is adjustable from 20 psi up to the maximum fuel pump capacity. Installation is straightforward, as the regulator mounts directly to the Original Equipment (O.E.) fuel rail or an AEM High Volume Fuel Rail. A custom barb fitting is included to accommodate the factory fuel hose, and the base of the regulator is tapped to accept standard -6 AN or 9/16"x18 fittings, offering flexibility in plumbing. This AEM fuel pressure regulator is specifically designed for the 2000-2009 Honda S2000 models.
