Adjustable Short Shifter

The Cobb Tuning Double Adjustable Short Shifter is CNC machined from billet 6061 Aluminum for durability and precise operation. This shifter allows you to customize both the height of your shift knob, ranging from 1" higher to 1" lower than stock, and the throw distance, adjustable from 10% longer to 25% shorter. Adjustments can be made easily with the shifter installed in the vehicle. Designed using CAD technology, this shifter features steel socket head screws set in a counter bore for a flush mount, providing secure clamping force to hold the slider shafts in place. This shifter fits all five-speed manual WRX models from 2008 to 2014, Legacy GT and Outback XT models from 2005 to 2009, and Forester XT models from 2006 to 2008. It does NOT fit STI models. Note that a 10% longer throw adjustment may require cutting of the trim ring.
