The K-Tuned B & D Series Shifter offers full adjustability for B and D series engine setups, providing a tighter feel than OEM shifters. Its design includes a height-adjustable shifter pivot ball and a rotatable offset elbow, allowing users to shorten shift throw by threading the pivot ball higher on the shift rod. Construction utilizes 100% stainless steel, with the offset elbow made from billet aluminum, ensuring durability and longevity. The shifter's base plate has been upgraded from stamped steel to a 0.35" aluminum plate for increased sturdiness, resistance to rust, and enhanced rigidity. A Delrin bushing replaces the plastic cage for the pivot ball, offering high strength, chemical resistance, and low friction for smooth, long-lasting shifts. This is further protected by a TPV bushing cover. The lower shaft is redesigned for inside-the-car adjustability, featuring a black anodized 6061 aluminum adjustment shaft with notched sections for easy throw adjustment, aided by a sight hole and numbered internal steel shaft. All hardware, spacers, and adjustment tools are included. This shifter is compatible with B-Series and D-Series Engines. Note that D15/D16 models will use the stock steel plate, requiring removal of the billet plate on the base and reuse of the factory plate. The EM2/ES1 D17 is excluded from fitment.
