This kit allows you to increase your rear ride height for improved aesthetics, to fit larger wheels and tires, or to gain additional ground clearance for off-road use. The height is adjustable to 1", 1.5", or 2" by simply selecting the desired spring position. Constructed from CNC precision-formed 1/4 inch plate steel, the MAXXShackle offers exceptional rigidity and strength, finished in a durable black powdercoat for long-lasting good looks and corrosion resistance. It retains the factory springs and ride quality. Installation is estimated to take approximately 1.2 hours and is supported by the SuspensionMAXX Technical Support Program. This MAXXShackle kit includes all necessary parts and hardware for installation, including a Brake Hose Bar to properly relocate the rear brake lines. If the 2" setting is chosen and the vehicle is driven off-road, the use of ShoX-Xtender rear shock extension kits is recommended.
