The BBR Motorsports Shock Spring is a rear shock upgrade custom-developed for mini four-stroke motorcycles. It is specifically sized for fast and aggressive adult riders, providing a significant improvement over stock. This heavy-duty spring is constructed from aircraft-quality spring steel and features a durable powder-coated finish for enhanced longevity. It is preset and stress-relieved to ensure long-term performance. The spring offers 30% more stiffness than stock, which can greatly benefit heavier or more aggressive riders by improving handling and reducing bottoming out. Application notes specify that this particular model, 660-KLX-1205, is designed for KLX/DRZ110 models from 2004-2010, specifically excluding the "L" models. For KLX110 "L" models from 2010, the 660-KLX-1305 spring is recommended. Earlier models (2002-2003) require the discontinued 660-KLX-1105. Fitment is confirmed for the following Kawasaki models: 2010 - Present Kawasaki KLX110L and 2021 - Present Kawasaki KLX110RL. However, it is crucial to note that this specific part number (660-KLX-1205) is explicitly stated as being for the "Non L Model" and not compatible with the "L Model only" variants from 2010 onwards, such as the KLX110L.
