Overview

This kit allows you to replace the light duty AX5 transmission with the stronger AX15 transmission. It is designed to fit the 1995 & newer AX15 transmission, with earlier models requiring a .590" I.D. pilot bushing. The kit includes a new clutch disc and release bearing, and requires driveshaft modifications due to the AX15 being 2" longer than the AX5. A new input gear is needed for the transfer case.
