Description

This Advance Adapters 27-0032 kit converts 1979-1985 GM Full Size 1-ton trucks (originally with a TH400 automatic transmission) to accept a 1996-1999 GM NV4500 5-speed manual transmission. It includes components like the NV4500 to GM NP205 adapter, bellhousing adapter kit, hydraulic clutch linkage bracket, and shift handle assembly. Installation involves replacing the stock tailhousing with the new adapter.
