The BM13-HDR4 kit features ACT's Heavy Duty pressure plate, designed with an exclusive diaphragm to increase clamp load, reduce deflection, and maximize clutch life. All diaphragms undergo a four-stage, heat-treating process for unparalleled performance. ACT pressure plates feature precision cover stampings for rigidity and consistency. The kit includes ACT's 4-pad rigid race discs made with high-quality ceramic friction materials. The chrome-moly hub is heat-treated for strength and durability. The lightweight, rigid design allows for quicker shifts and smooth, trouble-free service. While engagement is harsher with the 4-pad rigid race disc, shifting is faster. This disc type is well-suited for smaller disc sizes in smaller engines. This is a conversion kit that includes an ACT Prolite flywheel, and requires its use. Flywheel bolts (M12-1.5 x 30mm) and pressure plate bolts (M8-1.25 x 20mm) are included.
