Surface treatments like nitriding and shot peening enhance the spring's fatigue limit, making them suitable for extreme engine speeds exceeding 10,000 RPM. Warm setting is employed to ensure long-term performance and prevent sagging.

Key features include a Multi Coil Unequal Pitch design, which combines several spring rates into a single spring to significantly reduce resonance and surging. The core material is oil-tempered chromium-silicone alloy steel, chosen for its suitability in performance applications. This is further enhanced by Nitriding, a surface treatment that permeates the spring with nitrogen to increase its surface compression repulsion and fatigue limit. This treatment, along with the advanced core material, provides a 1.5 times increase in fatigue limit and enables operation at extreme engine speeds exceeding 10,000 RPM, even with high-lift camshafts. Additional processes like Shot Peening, which strikes the surface with small steel balls, further raise the fatigue limit. The Warm Setting process involves applying higher loads to a heated spring to permanently set its shape, ensuring sustained performance and preventing sagging over time. These valve springs utilize durable oval wire, allowing for greater compression while retaining sufficient force. This design makes them compatible with many high-lift camshafts, both stock and aftermarket, offering reliable performance under load at higher RPMs. The compatible lift for this specific kit is approximately 8.50mm.
