AEM Cold Air Intake System

The AEM 21-721C Performance Cold Air Intake System is engineered to replace your vehicle's restrictive factory air filter and air intake housing, aiming to produce horsepower and torque gains. This system is specifically designed, tuned, and dyno-tested for certain Mini Cooper S, S Clubman, and John Cooper Works models. Featuring an oversized AEM Dryflow synthetic washable air filter, this intake system ensures outstanding airflow, filtration, and performance. The filter is housed in the original air box space and protected by a replacement air box with a fully-opened hood scoop, which helps reduce intake air temperature and increase horsepower. The AEM Dryflow air filter is made from an oil-free, synthetic filter media that can last up to 100,000 miles before cleaning is needed, depending on driving conditions. This reduces maintenance requirements while maintaining strong, clean airflow. The system is precision-tuned and dyno-validated to enhance throttle response, sharpen acceleration, and improve overall engine efficiency, thereby maximizing horsepower and drivability. It also creates a deeper, more aggressive induction tone.
