AERO6-DM Big Brake Kit

This advanced, bolt-on system builds upon Ksport's Procomp kit with significantly larger calipers, rotors, and brake pads, an increased number of pistons, and standard full-floating rotors for superior self-centering capabilities. The calipers are meticulously crafted from a single billet of aircraft-grade aluminum, ensuring exceptional lightweight strength and resistance to corrosion. Inside, aluminum pistons are employed to enhance heat resistance and maintain uncompromising performance under demanding conditions. This kit features a floating two-piece rotor design where the outer section can shift slightly, aiding in better self-centering within the caliper. This design minimizes brake drag and optimizes performance through more consistent pad application. You have the option to choose between slotted or cross-drilled rotors, with slotted recommended for track use and cross-drilled for daily driven vehicles due to better cooling. The kit includes SC5 Street Pads, which provide optimal braking performance for street and occasional track use, significantly reducing brake dust, noise, and rotor wear. DOT-compliant stainless-steel braided brake lines are also standard, offering improved pedal response and a firmer feel by preventing line expansion under pressure. Ksport Big Brake kits are built to order, with production and delivery typically taking 4-6 weeks. Calipers are available in standard painted colors like Orange, Red, Black, and Yellow, with premium high-polish finishes and over 20,000 custom color options available.
