The Ksport Supercomp Big Brake Kit offers a significant upgrade in stopping power for your vehicle. This performance braking system utilizes advanced technology to minimize brake fade and ensure consistent pad surface refreshment under heavy braking. The kit includes an extremely lightweight, one-piece caliper, CNC-machined from aircraft-quality billet. This caliper features a differential bore configuration, aluminum pistons, high-temperature seals, and stainless-steel brake pad wear plates for enhanced durability and performance. Its opposed piston design improves pad wear and caliper rigidity compared to OEM systems, while stainless-steel brake lines prevent expansion under pressure. Many applications offer a floating disc option to mitigate thermal stresses from extreme heat, preventing rotor warping and braking surface cupping. The unique slot design on the rotors helps reduce braking noise and efficiently expels gas and pad debris. All rotors are heat-treated and balanced for optimal performance. Slotted rotors are recommended for track use, while cross-drilled rotors are better suited for daily driven vehicles.
