AERO6-DM Big Brake Kit

This kit builds upon the benefits of Ksport's Procomp line by incorporating larger calipers, rotors, and brake pads, alongside an increased number of pistons. A key feature is the standard full-floating rotor design, which promotes better self-centering within the caliper for reduced brake drag and more consistent application. Construction is centered around a one-piece, forged caliper made from aerospace-quality aluminum, ensuring exceptional strength, lightness, and resistance to corrosion. The kit also includes CNC-machined carbon steel caliper brackets that facilitate direct bolt-on installation to your vehicle's OEM caliper bracket locations. The two-piece floating rotor design allows the outer section to move slightly, aiding in self-centering and improving overall braking performance. Included are Ksport's SC5 Street Pads, formulated with NAOC Ceramic material to provide optimal braking performance for street use and occasional track days. These pads offer a significant reduction in brake dust (50% or more compared to race pads) and minimize noise and rotor wear, with an optimal operating temperature range of 194°F - 1022°F. For customization, Ksport offers a choice between slotted or cross-drilled rotors. Cross-drilled rotors are recommended for daily driven vehicles as they run cooler, while slotted rotors are suggested for track-focused applications. Calipers are available in standard painted colors like Orange, Red, Black, and Yellow, with premium high-polish finishes and over 20,000 custom color options also available.
