Overview

It features 1-piece aircraft-grade aluminum calipers with aluminum pistons for strength, heat resistance, and corrosion freedom. The calipers offer opposed piston designs for improved pad wear and rigidity over OEM.

This kit includes CNC machined carbon steel caliper brackets for easy bolt-on installation. It also features two-piece rotors for lightweight, fade-free performance and effective grip. The kit comes standard with SC5 Street Pads for optimal street and occasional track use, and D.O.T compliant stainless-steel braided brake lines for a firmer pedal feel.

Show original supplier description

Each caliper is crafted from a single piece of aircraft-grade aluminum, providing exceptional strength, light weight, and resistance to corrosion. The integrated aluminum pistons offer superior heat management and reliable operation. This kit features a 6-piston caliper design for the 11" and 12" rotor systems, utilizing an opposed piston configuration that dramatically improves pad wear and caliper rigidity compared to stock units. The calipers are paired with CNC-machined carbon steel caliper brackets, ensuring a direct fit to your vehicle's OEM caliper bracket locations. Included are NAOC Ceramic SC5 Street Pads, optimized for both street use and occasional track days, offering reduced dust (by 50% or more), lower noise, and less rotor wear, with an optimal operating temperature range of 194°F - 1022°F. Additionally, D.O.T compliant stainless-steel braided brake lines replace stock rubber lines, preventing expansion under pressure for quicker pedal response and a firmer pedal feel. Customers can choose between slotted or cross-drilled rotors. Cross-drilled rotors are recommended for daily-driven vehicles due to their superior cooling, while slotted rotors are advised for more frequent track use. Ksport Big Brake kits are built to order, with an estimated production and delivery time of 4-6 weeks. This specific kit is designed for the 1993-1997 Toyota Corolla models.
