AERO6-DM Big Brake Kit

This kit builds upon the benefits of Ksport's Procomp system by incorporating larger calipers, rotors, and brake pads, alongside an increased number of pistons and standard full-floating rotors that enhance self-centering capabilities within the caliper. The calipers themselves are crafted from a single piece of forged, aircraft-grade aluminum, ensuring exceptional strength, minimal weight, and superior resistance to corrosion. Furthermore, they are equipped with aluminum pistons, which offer improved heat dissipation and maintain consistent performance under demanding conditions. Key features of the Supercomp kit include one-piece forged aluminum calipers for maximum strength and light weight, CNC-machined carbon steel caliper brackets for a direct bolt-up to OEM locations, and a floating two-piece rotor design that allows for slight movement, improving self-centering, reducing drag, and optimizing brake application. The kit comes standard with NAOC Ceramic SC5 Street Pads, offering a balance of braking performance for street and occasional track use, with significantly reduced dust, noise, and rotor wear compared to race pads. D.O.T. compliant stainless-steel braided brake lines are also standard, providing a firmer pedal feel and quicker response by eliminating line expansion under pressure. For customization, customers can choose between slotted or cross-drilled rotors; cross-drilled are recommended for daily drivers due to better cooling, while slotted rotors are advised for track use. Calipers are available in various painted colors and premium high-polish finishes, with extensive custom color options available. Ksport Big Brake kits are built to order, with a production and delivery time of 4-6 weeks.
