This kit features advanced brake technology aimed at reducing brake fade and ensuring consistent pad performance through continuous cooling and surface refreshment during braking. The calipers are constructed from aircraft-quality billet aluminum, resulting in a lightweight yet incredibly strong one-piece design. Standard features include aluminum pistons for corrosion resistance and heat management, high-temperature seals, and stainless-steel brake pad wear plates. The opposed-piston caliper configuration enhances pad grip and caliper rigidity compared to OEM designs, while stainless-steel brake lines eliminate expansion under pressure for improved pedal response. The kit utilizes a two-piece rotor assembly with an aluminum center to reduce rotational and unsprung weight, contributing to quicker braking response and shorter stopping distances. The unique rotor slot design also serves to mitigate braking noise and more effectively expel heat, dust, and pad debris. Rotors are heat-treated and balanced for optimal performance. For daily driven vehicles, cross-drilled rotors are recommended for cooler operation, while slotted rotors are advised for more track-oriented use. Key features include 11-inch to 14-inch rotor size options and a choice of four standard caliper colors (Orange, Red, Yellow, Black) with over 20,000 custom color options available. The reinforced carbon steel caliper brackets ensure direct bolt-on fitment to existing mounting points.
