AERO6-DM Big Brake Kit w/ Slotted Rotors

The calipers are constructed from a solid billet of aircraft-grade aluminum, offering lightweight strength and corrosion resistance. They feature a 1-piece design and opposed piston configuration that improves pad wear and caliper rigidity compared to OEM designs. This specific kit includes 6-piston front calipers and 304mm two-piece rotors, which are available in either slotted or cross-drilled options. Slotted rotors are recommended for track use, while cross-drilled rotors are better suited for daily driving as they run cooler. Included with the kit are SC5 Street Pads (NAOC Ceramic), designed for optimal braking performance in street and occasional track conditions. These pads offer a 50% reduction in brake dust compared to race pads, along with reduced noise and rotor wear. The kit also features D.O.T. compliant stainless-steel braided brake lines, which prevent line expansion under pressure, leading to quicker pedal response and a firmer pedal feel. All Ksport Big Brake kits come with CNC-machined Carbon Steel caliper brackets to ensure proper fitment to the OEM caliper bracket location, accommodating the larger caliper size. Ksport Big Brake kits are built to order, and customers should allow 4-6 weeks for production and delivery. The Procomp systems are compatible with the 1998-2002 Subaru Forester Base model.
