AERO6-DM Big Brake Kit with Slotted Rotors

Its advanced brake technology works to reduce brake fade and continuously cool and refresh the brake pad surface during use. The kit features a lightweight, forged, one-piece caliper crafted from aircraft-quality billet aluminum. This 4-piston caliper design, standard for 13" and 14" systems, offers improved pad wear and caliper rigidity over OEM designs. It includes aluminum pistons, high-temperature seals, titanium brake pad retainer clips, and stainless-steel wear plates. The kit utilizes 2-piece vented rotors, measuring 14 inches in diameter and 32mm in width, which reduce both rotating and unsprung weight. The unique slot design expels gas and debris faster and reduces braking noise, while heat treatment and balancing ensure optimal performance. Ksport also offers an optional floating rotor upgrade to mitigate thermal stresses. Standard with the kit are D.O.T. compliant stainless-steel braided brake lines, which enhance pedal feel and responsiveness. The kit comes with Ksport SC5 Street Pads, which are ceramic and designed for optimal performance under street and occasional track conditions, offering reduced dust and noise. For more extreme track use, optional RC1 Race Pads (carbon metallic) are available but not recommended for street use due to higher operating temperatures.
