AERO6-DM Big Brake Kit with Slotted Rotors

The Ksport Supercomp Lexus GS Big Brake System is engineered as an extreme brake upgrade, delivering the highest level of stopping power without necessitating vehicle modifications for installation. This bolt-on system builds upon the benefits of Ksport's Procomp kits by incorporating larger calipers, rotors, and brake pads, complemented by an increased number of pistons and standard full-floating rotors for enhanced caliper self-centering. The calipers are precision-crafted from a solid billet of aircraft-grade aluminum, ensuring lightweight construction, unparalleled strength, and resistance to corrosion. Aluminum pistons are utilized for superior heat resistance and consistent operation. Key features of the Supercomp system include a lightweight forged one-piece caliper construction from aerospace-quality aluminum, eliminating weak spots and potential failure points. Opposed-piston design promotes even brake pad grip and wear. High-temperature seals, titanium brake pad retainer clips, and stainless-steel brake pad wear plates are standard. The two-piece rotor design, available in cross-drilled or slotted options, offers lightweight construction, fade-free performance, and effective grip. The floating rotor design allows the outer section to shift, improving self-centering, reducing brake drag, and boosting performance through more even application. Standard included components consist of (2) Forged, Monoblock Aluminum Calipers, (2) Lightweight Two-Piece Rotors (Slotted or Drilled), (1) Set of SC5 Street Brake Pads, (2) Stainless Steel Brake Lines, and all required mounting hardware. The kit includes CNC-machined carbon-steel caliper brackets to facilitate a direct bolt-up to OEM locations. D.O.T. compliant stainless-steel braided brake lines are standard, providing a quicker pedal response and firmer pedal feel compared to stock rubber lines. The included SC5 Street Pads offer optimal braking performance for street and occasional track use, with reduced dust and noise. Optional RCI Race Pads are available for extreme track conditions. Calipers come standard in various painted colors, with premium finish options and over 20,000 custom color choices available. A 12-month limited warranty covering manufacturer defects is included. Please allow 4-6 weeks for production and delivery as these kits are built to order. This system is compatible with 17-inch wheels and above. Fitment notes indicate exclusion of AWD models.
