MIA's Description

The Aeromotive Fuel Pressure Sensor Relocation Kit (PN 17114) is designed for 1998 1/2 through 2004 Ford 4.6L engines. This kit addresses hot fuel handling issues and extends the life of fuel pumps by reducing pump speed and flow at lower RPMs and increasing voltage as needed based on engine RPM. It acts as an automatic transmission for your electric fuel pump, ensuring proper fuel pressure under varying operating conditions. The kit includes a Billet Fuel Pump Speed Controller (P/N 16306, replacing 16302) and a Billet Digital FMU (P/N 16303). The Digital FMU is a fully adjustable, scalable electronic fuel pump controller that senses manifold pressure and automatically controls an external fuel pump in returnless fuel systems to maintain the proper air/fuel ratio, especially when adding forced induction.
