This AEV 3" XP DualSport Suspension System is designed for the 2019+ Ram 2500/3500 (specifically for 2025+ RAM 3500 Diesel & Air Ride for this MPN). It focuses on optimizing suspension/steering geometry and application-specific shock tuning to provide excellent on-road comfort and handling, as well as improved off-road performance. The system includes AEV/Bilstein XP8100 Reservoir Shocks, which are 66mm reservoir shocks constructed from aerospace-quality billet components and tuned by AEV. The system is FMVSS No. 126 Compliant.

The suspension retains factory front coil springs and uses 3" cast aluminum coil spring relocation spacers for lift. Steering geometry is corrected with AEV's High Steer Kit, which includes a custom, no-drill forged drag link, AEV track bar, and raised track bar tower. For Ram 2500 systems, 2" rear coil spring spacers are included, while for Ram 3500 trucks, new cast iron blocks provide 2" of lift in the rear, retaining the OE leaf springs. Ram 2500 Air Ride and 3500 Air Assist systems are also available.

The factory radius arms are repositioned, moving the axle forward 1.0", engineered for a 37" tire, providing better impact response and tire clearance. A billet aluminum front driveshaft spacer is included. An optional 1.6" Axle Forward Kit for 40" tires is also mentioned.
