The Power Driven AFC Live In-Cab Fuel Tuner represents the most advanced fueling control system available for P-pump 12v Cummins trucks equipped with the P7100 injection pump. Developed and patented by Power Driven Diesel, this system provides users with infinite, real-time control over both maximum fueling and fuel rate, all adjustable from within the cab while driving. This allows for on-the-fly adjustments to optimize for different driving conditions, from fuel economy and smoke control to maximum power. The AFC Live system includes the controller with an integrated pressure gauge, a full install kit, and 20 feet of line for installation. Its key features include on-the-fly max fueling adjustment without tools, fuel rate control to dictate rack travel speed (slow for economy/smoke, fast for power), and an instant full-power mode switch. The integrated pressure gauge allows for live monitoring of AFC system pressure, aiding in tuning and quick adjustments. The product is explicitly designed for 1989–1998 Dodge Ram trucks with the 5.9L 12v Cummins engine and P7100 injection pump. The AFC Live is a fully mechanical system, requiring no laptop, ECM, or tuning files for operation.
