Bladerunner Intercoolers represent the next generation of intercoolers. The Bladerunner intercoolers utilize a 3 in. bar and plate design that out performs OE style tube and fin core designs. The end tanks are constructed out of 3/16 in. TIG welded aluminum plate tanks that incorporate three multi-directional vanes that efficiently direct air flow through the entire core for maximum cooling. The Bladerunner intercooler also comes with 4 1/8 in. pre-tapped ports for easy gauge installation as well as other auxiliary input options. Tested at 200psi which is perfect for the high boost applications. In recent testing the Bladerunner intercooler produced a 200 deg. temperature drop and a 100 deg. EGT drop as well as increasing air flow by 30 percent. Dont waste your time and money on modified factory intercooler. High-performance intercooler designed for 1994-2002 Dodge Ram 2500/3500 trucks with the L6-5.9L turbo diesel engine. Features a 3-inch bar and plate core, 37% larger than stock, increasing airflow by 31%. The intercooler uses 3/16-inch TIG welded aluminum plate end tanks with multi-directional vanes (MDV technology) for improved cooling. Billet aluminum inlets and outlets connect to 3-inch mandrel-bent powder-coated stainless steel boost tubes. Includes four 1/8-inch NPT ports for gauges/nitrous, 4-ply heavy-duty couplings, and constant tension T-bolt clamps. Pressure-rated at 200 psi. Performance tests show a 200°F temperature drop, 100°F EGT drop, and 30% increased airflow.
