The diesel fuel in your truck contains contaminants dirt, water and air/vapor which is reducing power and damaging your diesel fuel injectors. aFe's POWER DFS780 Diesel Fuel System, with its patent-pending design, is capable of removing power-robbing debris such as air, water and other contaminants. The DFS780 also boosts fuel pressure ensuring constant availability for the high-pressure pump, improving throttle response and horsepower at all RPMs.

MIA's Description

The aFe Power DFS780 Fuel System features full-time operation with a clear high-impact polycarbonate sight glass for visual fuel inspection. It uses helical bronze spur gears for quiet operation and increased contaminant tolerance. The "Marine Grade" motor provides protection against dust and powerful water jets. The system boasts a billet 6061-T6 aluminum manifold to eliminate porosity concerns, and contoured CNC machining enhances fuel flow. Installation is plug-and-play, utilizing Deutsch weather-proof connectors and attaching directly to the battery. It can run independently or in parallel with the stock fuel pump, powered by the ignition and controlled by a relay. PEEK bearing wear surfaces reduce noise and wear. A direct bolt-on steel mounting bracket secures it to the frame using existing holes. It includes a 1/8 NPT port for an external fuel pressure gauge. O.E. quality Viton seals ensure compatibility with diesel and biodiesel fuels.
