The new MACH Force XP exhaust is engineered to perform in the most extreme environments. This system is constructed from mandrel bent 4 in. 409 stainless steel tubing for maximum flow; increased horsepower; increased torque; and lower EGTs. MACH Force XP exhaust systems are the perfect combination of performance; fit; and value. All systems use factory mounting locations providing stability and hassle-free installation. High quality OE style band clamps are used for a complete 360 deg. sealing surface. A free-flowing 24 in. long muffler is used to absorb high pitch tones producing a powerful sound and unleashing all available horsepower and torque out of your rig. OE style bayonet hangers are used to maintain a stable pipe location during high vibration and high heat conditions. The bayonet tip holds the hanger bushing in place for an OE style fit that does not change with time.

The Large Bore-HD cat-back exhaust system is constructed out of mandrel bent, 2.5" 409 stainless steel and includes welded-on hangers and OE style band clamps for a simple and leak-free bolt-on installation. This system is a 2-piece design that requires no cutting to install and is 5 lbs. lighter than the factory exhaust system. To complete this exhaust system, a dual 3" double-walled polished stainless steel tip provides an aggressive yet elegant look. In recent dyno testing, this exhaust produced 5 hp and 6 lbs. x ft. torque. This product does not require a CARB EO#. All aFe exhaust systems are engineered and manufactured in aFe's Corona, California facility.
