The new Twisted Steel performance header from aFe Power is redefining the header industry with new pulse control technology. aFe engineers have designed this header using optimum tube lengths and mitered collectors for maximum flow and velocity for power delivery across the entire power band. Combine with a large 1/2" thick head flange and 14-gauge 409 stainless steel tubing, you have a header that is strong and powerful. Twisted Steel headers are 100-percent bolt-on with no modifications necessary and are proudly engineered and built in Corona, CA.

Designed for Jeep enthusiasts, this aFe Power Twisted Steel header enhances power delivery across the entire band. It uses advanced pulse control technology for optimized tube lengths and mitered collectors, maximizing flow and velocity for performance gains. Constructed from 14-gauge 409 stainless steel with a 1/2" thick head flange for strength and resilience. Features 100% bolt-on construction for easy installation without modifications, retaining OE emission components. 100% TIG-Welded for strength and durability, reducing stress cracks. The 1/2" thick head flange is machined flat for a leak-free seal, and a premium flange gasket with aluminum fire rings is included.
