The aFe Power Twisted Steel header delivers an astounding 7 hp and 9 lbs. x ft. torque while outflowing the factory exhaust manifold. It is constructed of 1.5" 14-gauge 409 SS tubing with a 1/2" thick head flange to ensure a leak-free seal. The header utilizes a true merged collector and optimized tube lengths for true pulse control technology, improving flow and performance. It features 100% hand TIG-welded construction for optimal strength and durability. All components are supplied for a hassle-free, bolt-on installation with no modifications necessary. Mitered Collectors: Extend tube length into the flange, decreasing turbulence and increasing exhaust velocity, resulting in increased horsepower, torque, and improved throttle response. TIG-Welded: 100% TIG-Welded by certified craftsmen for race-proven strength and durability, reducing stress cracks. 1/2" Thick Head Flange: Used for maximum strength and durability. The flange design is identical to the head port and is machined flat for a leak-free seal. 409 SS Construction: Durable CNC mandrel bent 14-gauge 409 stainless steel tubing for maximum performance, corrosion resistance, and strength, eliminating cracking. Premium Gasket: A premium flange gasket with aluminum fire rings is provided for a leak-free seal, port matched for a perfect seal.
