Overview

These aFe Power Twisted Steel Headers are constructed from 16-gauge, 1-3/4" mandrel-bent stainless steel tubing (some retailers list 14-gauge) for unrestricted exhaust flow. They feature 4-to-1 mitered merge collectors designed to reduce turbulence and increase exhaust velocity. The headers are 100% hand MIG-welded for strength and durability. They are a direct bolt-on installation, retain stock catalytic converters, and require no cutting or drilling. Heavy-duty, 1-piece flanges prevent warpage and ensure a leak-free seal. Tube lengths are optimized for true pulse control technology. Not CARB exempt; not legal for sale or use in California. Manufactured in Corona, California, USA.

The Twisted Steel performance header from aFe POWER is redefining the header industry with new pulse control technology. aFe engineers have designed this header using optimum tube lengths and mitered collectors for maximum flow and velocity for power delivery across the entire power band. Combine with a large 1/2" thick head flange and 14-gauge 409 stainless steel tubing, you have a header that is strong and powerful. Twisted Steel headers are 100-percent bolt-on with no modifications necessary and are proudly engineered and built in Corona, CA.
