This system produced gains of up to +14 HP and +15 lbs. x Ft. TQ., as measured on our in-house dyno. This system is constructed of 1-5/8 IN mandrel-bent 409 stainless steel tubing for maximum strength and durability. Factory style laser cut machined mild steel flanges are used used for a secure leak-free seal. 3-to-1 Mitered Merge collectors decrease turbulence and increases exhaust velocity. The result is increased horsepower, torque and improved throttle response. Includes gaskets and lower outlet hardware for a direct bolt-on system. No cutting or modifications required for a hassle-free installation. Utilizing state-of-the-art computer-aided design technology, these headers are designed for custom, high tolerance factory fitment. 100% MIG-Welded for race-proven strength and durability.

The AFE Twisted Steel Shorty Headers replace restrictive factory manifolds on the Ford Mustang V6 3.7L, enhancing performance. They feature 1-5/8 inch mandrel-bent 409 stainless steel tubing, heavy-duty laser-cut machined mild steel flanges, and 3-to-1 mitered merge collectors. This design leads to gains of up to 14 horsepower and 15 lb-ft of torque. Headers are 100% MIG-welded for strength and durability, designed for direct bolt-on installation without modifications to the factory exhaust. A titanium ceramic coat finish (MPN 48-43031-T) is optional for reduced underhood temperatures and increased efficiency. Gaskets and lower outlet hardware are included. Not CARB exempt; not legal for sale or use in California on pollution controlled vehicles.
